OUR STORY
Founded in 2017 by Matt Hudson, MHudson Design is a landscape architecture and construction management firm focused on the planning, design, and execution of complex residential estates. Our work is grounded in a clear understanding: at the estate level, landscape is not an accessory it is integral to how a property is structured, experienced, and ultimately lived in. Over time, MHudson Design has evolved into a full-scope partner, guiding projects from initial vision through construction and implementation.
Our approach balances design sensibility with technical precision through tools such as photorealistic 3D modeling and LiDAR-based site analysis. We approach each project as a coordinated system, ensuring landscapes that are cohesive, functional, and built to perform over time. At its core, our process is collaborative and highly intentional, prioritizing clear communication and thoughtful planning. Each project is approached as a long-term investment—one that extends beyond design to shape how a property functions and evolves.
