Our client partnered with M.Hudson Design to transform the exterior of their newly purchased South Florida home. Their goal was to preserve the home’s Mediterranean architecture while introducing a modern sensibility that would create a seamless blend of classic and contemporary design.

Our comprehensive planting design encompassed the entire property, balancing formality and flow. In compliance with all Homeowners Association requirements, we developed a
planting plan that enhanced privacy, framed natural views, and highlighted the home’s architectural character.
Lush privacy plantings along the property lines create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, while carefully framed views draw the eye toward the water and surrounding natural areas. Each garden moment was designed to complement the home’s
orientation, capturing the warm, colorful sunsets that
illuminate the landscape with natural brilliance.

The hardscape design unites beauty and practicality through materials and craftsmanship. A brick paver driveway welcomes guests with warmth and texture, while elegant walkways provide seamless transitions between spaces.
The pool remodel became a defining feature of the project. With careful attention to tile selection, pool finish, water features, and fire bowls, we achieved a refined balance of sophistication and comfort. The marble pool deck adds a sense of luxury and lightness, and a custom fire pit completes the space—inviting quiet conversation and evening gatherings.
