Next, we hold a focused Alignment Call to ensure all expectations are clearly defined before design begins. Together, we review:

APPROVALS & CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Preparing for a Smooth Build
We prepare and submit drawings for HOA and/or municipal review when required, addressing revisions and guiding approvals on your behalf. At the same time, we produce clear, build-ready construction drawings outlining materials, dimensions, and specifications—ensuring contractors have the precise documentation needed to execute the design accurately and beautifully. This phase eliminates guesswork and sets the stage for a smooth, confident build.
