Linear Modern Waterfront

The landscape was organized around a central axis extending from the entry through the home and outward to the waterfront, establishing a clear and disciplined framework for the entire property.


Prior to intervention, the site lacked alignment and cohesion, resulting in a fragmented experience that did not fully capitalize on its linear waterfront setting.


By coordinating planting, hardscape, and water features along this axis, the design reinforces visual continuity while strengthening the connection between architecture and horizon.


The result is a composed and highly legible landscape where every element contributes to a singular, unified spatial experience.
